Our Goal

Nobody should walk out of treatment with nothing.

Every year, millions leave rehab with no continuity of care — and relapse, often because there's nothing to bridge the gap. That's the gap we're building into.

The research is blunt: most relapses happen in the first ninety days after discharge. People leave a 30-day program with no app, no tool, no daily check-in — just the phone number of a therapist they'll see in three weeks. The gap is where recovery collapses.

Quitora is built to live inside that gap. Our long goal is to become the aftercare tool rehab centers prescribe to every patient at discharge — with the user's consent to share their progress with their assigned therapist or recovery coach.

That's a slow build. Today we're sharpening the individual experience until it's genuinely helpful on its own. Every check-in, every craving ridden, every pattern we learn brings us closer.

Now

Phase 1 — The personal app

The app you’re looking at. Honest check-ins, craving tools, coaching, impact stats. Strong enough on its own that people stay for real reasons.

In progress

Phase 2 — The aftercare bridge

A companion tool that rehab centers can prescribe alongside discharge. With the user’s consent, their therapist sees check-in patterns, relapse risk signals, and the weekly summary — so the post-discharge cliff becomes a ramp.

The horizon

Phase 3 — The continuity layer

A standard: that nobody leaves treatment without a tool that bridges them to the next day, the next week, the next appointment. Measured not by downloads but by relapse rates inside the first 90 days.

Why this order, in this order

Tools that promise the moon to rehab centers before the personal product works end up being slide-decks. We're doing this the other way around: build something people use voluntarily for their own quiet reasons, prove it matters, then earn the right to sit in treatment plans.

If you work in addiction treatment and want to talk about Phase 2, reach out directly. We're taking these conversations seriously.

The next version of you is waiting.

Download Quitora, take three breaths, answer the onboarding honestly. The first hard day gets a little easier.
